We assign a fixed number of simultaneous connections (usually 1, unless otherwise specified) to your subscription to guarantee high performance. We gently ask that you:

Accounts found explicitly abusing these limits may be temporarily suspended to protect the network quality for other users.

Upon successful payment, your account credentials and setup instructions will be delivered immediately to your email address (typically within 5 minutes). We strive to maintain a 99.9% server uptime. However, occasional short maintenance windows may be required to add new content and upgrade our servers to serve you better.
